We are living in uncertain times as we navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic. We are monitoring the situation very closely, and doing all we can to keep to all guidance, whilst continuing to work COVID-securely - all the while putting the safety of our customers and team first.


We have answered some of the most frequently asked questions about our COVID-19 procedures below.    


Whilst in lockdown, non-essential retailers are only allowed to operate a remote service. However, we are legally permitted to operate a click-and-collect service, so have made some changes to ensure that we can still supply beautiful blooms, to brighten up these dark days, whilst ensuring the safety of our customers and team.


Choosing your product

We will aim to do our very best to ensure that we are still able to cater to every requirement. With the restrictions in place, we can only fulfil pre-orders, so are ordering in any bespoke requirements. If you have a specific request in mind, please let us know in plenty of time and we will ensure we can order your personal blooms, so you have exactly what you hope for (we need around 24 hours’ notice to order exact flowers). Otherwise, we are keeping a stock of beautiful flowers, plants and gifts available in-store, and will always be able to craft you a stunning bouquet. We also have a lovely selection of quirky gifts, and cards in store, so don’t forget to ask if you need any help building a perfect package.


Under current regulations, we are permitted to carry out a click-and-collect service. Whilst this is fantastic news as it means that we can still get flowers out to our wonderful customers, it does sadly mean that we cannot welcome anyone into the shop any time soon, and all orders must be pre-ordered via our online shop, email or phone. Orders can be collected from outside the shop at a pre-arranged time, but please don’t come inside, we have to keep the door firmly shut for now. We would also ask that when you arrive for collection, please ensure that you are wearing a mask, and do not attend if you have any symptoms of COVID-19. 


We are still carrying out deliveries in the local area, with social distancing as a priority. Our delivery team will attend the delivery address wearing appropriate PPE, and knock on the door. The flowers will be placed on the floor outside the door, and the team member will retreat to a safe distance and wait for the recipient to open the door, ensuring that the flowers get to the intended person! There’s no need to provide a signature of receipt upon delivery, we’re happy to take a delighted smile as proof!  


One of the most worrying parts of the transaction is making payment, as under normal circumstances there would have to be a level of contact. However, to avoid unnecessary contact, we are now able to send you a text message which contains a secure payment link. This link takes you through to our payment partner, SumUp, where you can securely enter your payment details, and complete the transaction entirely remotely. If you prefer to pay in cash, we can arrange for this to be managed remotely upon collection.
